  • Located in a quiet and residential location, just 7 minutes walk from the city center of Pornichet (train station) and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beach in Europe!
    Recently renovated, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fully fitted / equipped American kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (new bedding) and two bathrooms. The refined decoration and modern equipment (wifi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...) will only be one more to fully enjoy your vacation! The sunny garden, not overlooked, as well as the large terrace surrounding the swimming pool, will allow you to enjoy a family meal or simply to rest in peace and serenity.

    Horse riding club and Escoublac forest 500 m away; Vélocéan course 1 min away, tennis court 15 mins walk

Lovely house

We had a great time in Audrey’s beautiful house. Everything worked well and we had excellent communication. The walk to the beach was fine for us (kids aged 12 & 8) but may become annoying with much younger children. The small pool is a perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a hard day at the beach!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement moderne, fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé, agréable car situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons pu profiter du très bel espace extérieur (terrasse, piscine et jardin) grâce aux bonnes conditions météo (sans souffrir de la chaleur malgré la canicule). Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et attentionnés. Bref nous vous recommandons vivement d'y séjourner!

Excellent séjour dans une maison moderne très agréable, parfaitement propre et décorée avec goût.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Audrey et Fabien dont l’accueil a été parfait. Très attentifs à nos besoins, ils nous ont même fourni un grille pain et une bouilloire après notre arrivée. Les seuls aspects un tant soit peu gênants sont que nous avons dû tout de même utiliser beaucoup la voiture pour aller faire nos courses, y compris de proximité (boulangerie, marchés) même si la plage est accessible en 5 minutes en vélo; de plus, la piscine est de taille modeste (5m par 3 m) mais est très agréable pour se rafraîchir et le jardin et son salon autour sont parfaits pour se poser. Les points positifs sont bien plus nombreux, avec tout d’abord une maison récente, bien agencée‘(nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants sans nous marcher dessus) et surtout superbement décorée et parfaitement propre (piscine y compris). Le photographies rendent bien compte de cette ambiance chaleureuse, même si la réalité dépasse les photos! Audrey et Fabien ont été parfaits depuis la prise de contact jusqu’à la remise des clés, disponibles et serviables tout au long du séjour. La localisation de la maison est très intéressante en étant proche de La Baule, Guérande, Saint Nazaire, Le Croisic... que nous avons eu la chance de visiter et d'apprécier. L’environnement immédiat est très calme et propice au repos. La piscine est chauffée (entre 25 et 29°C selon la température extérieure) et sécurisée par une bâche rigide, facile à enlever et remettre, ce qui était rassurant pour nous avec une enfant qui ne savait pas nager. Pour résumé, un séjour très réussi, grâce à une maison très agréable et ses propriétaires attentionnés.
