FACING THE SEA in La Baule, a completely renovated and beautifully decorated apartment of 65 m² offering an unobstructed view of the Bay of La Baule and its 13 km of fine sand. Upon entering the apartment, you will discover a large, very bright living room with a beautiful terrace facing the sea. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment will charm you, ideal for a weekend or successful holidays in La Baule. A garage in the basement

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has plenty of storage space.
It consists of a friendly living room with an open kitchen, directly overlooking the sea view terrace.
The rooms are located at the back and offer a calm environment
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed (160x190 cm) and its private bathroom
Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (160x190 cm).
Bedroom 3: modular room with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed (160x190 cm).
A second bathroom and separate toilet
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.
NESPRESSO coffee machine
You will also benefit from all the necessary comfort for a practical stay:
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, table and ironing board
• Hairdryer, clothes airer
• Dining room with 6 seats
• Outdoor furniture on the terrace to fully enjoy the panorama.
A closed garage box is available in the secure parking area of the residence, to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind.
