Come and stay in this spacious and modern house, ideal for accommodating up to 8 people, and come and discover La Baule! This charming coastal town, both peaceful and dynamic, offers you magnificent beaches and numerous outdoor activities to fully enjoy your holiday.
You can relax in a private garden with a terrace, perfect for savouring your breakfasts in the open air or even dining under the stars. The house is fully equipped and renovated to offer you all the necessary comfort, with warm and welcoming living spaces.
Just three kilometres from the beach, you can easily cool off during the day or walk along the coastline, while discovering local shops and restaurants.
Upon entering, you will discover a spacious living room with a large sofa and a flat screen. Next to it, a dining room with a large table that can bring together the whole family or your group of friends for convivial meals. The marble American kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, a toaster, an air fryer and a kettle to complete your comfort.
Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) awaits you, accompanied by a desk if you wish to work. You will also find a first bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
Upstairs, you will have four other bedrooms: three with double beds (140x190) and one with a single bed (90x190). Also upstairs, an additional bathroom is at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your comfort.
The house has 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
