Penthouse-Duplex 120 m2 composed of 2 floors and very spacious solarium terraces, 2 rooms at the bottom, 1 of them type suit with bathroom in its interior and the 3rd in the attic with 2 more single beds and with direct accseso to a large sun terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing, full dining room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths very central, in the town of La Bisbal d'Empordà (capital of the Baix Empordà region) about 20 km . approximately of the main beaches of the Costa Brava (Calella, Llafranc, Begur, Pals, Playa de Aro, Palamós, etc., at 30 km. from Girona capital, 40 km from the Costa Brava airport of Girona. 90 km from Barcelona airport, it also has an area with private gardens lit and very well cared for and with free parking inside the complex (better to see photos).
