House 30 meters from La Brée Les Bains Beach

  • Small holiday house, in a private residence of 4 houses, open onto two terraces with small enclosed garden and also fenced terrace, 30 m from the sea, comprising two bedrooms, a living / dining room, an American kitchen and a dining room shower.
    Comfortable throughout the year because having convectors in each room and equipped with double glazing, the house was completely renovated in 2014 and is very easy to maintain.
    In addition, all equipment and bedding are new.
    You can enjoy the joys of swimming, fishing and cycling and will not need to use your car.
