"Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. "Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "Fascinating concept - i.e. staying in a cave - but the cave space wasn't much different from a country cottage once furnished with old furniture, lighting etc. Our living room was adequate, but the bathroom shower cubicle was in bbad condition. The bedroom (deeper into the cave) was delightful to look at, but the mattress and pillows were hard. Perhaps this place would be a lot better at the start of the season?"

"Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. "At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....
