An ideal apartment for 2 people who like self sufficiency as the apartment has everything you need should you want to take advantage of the amazing local market. Also near many restaurants and bars where you'll mingle with the locals. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood despite being minutes from shops and bars/restaurants. For beach lovers it is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest blue flag beach. So, ideally placed and very comfortable apartment. Easy check-in also - just a call away. Buenos días, acabo de venir de pasar unos días en Cádiz, fui con una amiga y que decir de la casa, que esta muy bien ubicada, muy limpia, bonita y silenciosa, teníamos de todo, tazas, vasos, cafetera, sartenes, microondas y hasta papel higienico..jajaja.. Todo cerca, la playa La Caleta a dos minutos, la catedral a 15 minutos dando un paseo. Los dueños de la casa, muy atento y serviciales, tanto que nos cogieron sitio para aparcar nuestro coche. Mil gracias!! porque sin ellos, seguiríamos buscando sitio ( imposible aparcar). Detta var femte året i rad vi tillbringade november månad i Cadiz. Har hyrt lägenhet privat varje år och aldrig haft något problem. Den här lägenheten ligger på bottenplan och är otroligt lyhörd, men det stora problemet var lukten i lägenheten som det visade sig kom från ventilationen. Efter 2 dygn fick vi byta till en vindslägenhet i samma område men där det visade sig att portlåset var bytt så vi inte kunde komma in i lägenheten på kvällen. Dagen efter vara det så daxs att byta lägenhet igen och vi fick en ersättningslägenhet vid Plaza espana. Bra läge och helt ok lägenhet förutom att när vi skulle duscha fanns inget varmvatten. Det visade sig att varmvattenberedaren var trasig och inte gick att ersätta omg. så då var det daxs att byta igen. Företaget som förvaltar ca 100 lägenheter har inte koll på i vilket skick lägenheterna är. Det tar alldeles för lång tid och är alldeles för omständigt med att ordna upp dom fel som dyker upp. Då vi var bokade i 23 dygn så hade vi mycket packning och golfbagar som skulle flyttas runt i stan vid varje byte.Det tog oss 4 dygn att komma i ordning i en lägenhet som höll måttet…Detta var femte året i rad vi tillbringade november månad i Cadiz.
