The room was dirty when we arrived (two hours later than the check in). The infrastructure of the room needs renovations and touch ups. The bathroom shower is rusty and the floor tile is broken. It was vey loud all night I guess the other people that were there wasn't being considerate or empathetic. There are other Hotels that are cheaper and better. I would not recommend

Servicio al cliente pésimo la señora o dueña muy amable es el único gesto de amabilidad que se recibe después de eso es un desastre total el tipo que atiende la entrada del portón te mira de mala gana mi reservación tenia desayuno "incluido pero ahi no se ve movimiento de nada
