"We always love staying at Embassy Suites, it's clean, neat, and tidy and the people are friendly. We love the delightful breakfast in the morning. We also had dinner in the restaurant this time, which was superb, but only one waiter for all those tables! He was working so hard to try and accommodate everyone. He did his best, and it certainly did not alter my view of the hotel, but dinner took over an hour to arrive."

"After getting to the room, which took several trips because the key machine wasn’t working properly. The desk clerk finally had to come to the room to open the door. The the tv wasn’t working and they never did send anyone to fix it after an hour, I turned the tv around and tightened the loose cables. Then it was fine. Also, one mattress was well used with a big dip. The other less used bed was fine. The coffee in the lobby was good. The clerk was nice but too busy to care for us who already checked in and had problems. She was very polite, just too busy. "
