This beautiful house offers a charming living area with lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with an American-style bar. Upstairs there are cozy bedrooms and a children's play area. On the first floor you will find further bedrooms and a pretty games room, ideal for entertaining.
Step out onto a fenced plot with private pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy the paved terrace and a semi-covered pergola with outdoor seating, ideal for alfresco meals around the barbecue. Parking is available on site.
Please note that the owners live nearby about 100 meters away and there is a farm with cows and pigs about 200 meters from the property. The house is located in a hamlet with approx. 4 to 5 inhabitants, quite secluded in the countryside. All stores can be found about 5 km away, in St. Pierre de Cole.
