May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. "The hotel is located in an indusyrial area and a car is critical. The restsurant serves buffet brwakfadt, but not lunch or dinner. I booked it for the spa which was ok. I wouldn't call it a spa at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. No refrigerator in the room was a pain as didn't have access to water, milk etc. Staff were attentive & helpful. "
