"Alexandre" is a beautifully renovated 4-room holiday rental spanning 180 m² across 2 levels, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to 8 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure privacy and convenience.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and access to both the garden and the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to an additional dining area, while a separate WC is also located on this level. 1 bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC.

The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, which includes 1 double sofabed and opens onto a balcony. This floor accommodates 2 further bedrooms, both with characteristic sloping ceilings. The first of these contains 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a bath and WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and benefits from a shower, WC, a double hand-basin, and a corner bath. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use, and some sleeping areas, such as the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.
