"La Tour is a haven of peace, a place to relax deep in the countryside. The host is a delightful, interesting person who takes great delight in her guests. "

"This hotel is for you if you want a rustic experience in the middle of the mountains on a very winding, steep and narrow road. I had a business meeting in the nearby town of Cours and thought that this little hotel would be a good place for the night before.

"Nice quiet stay, nice large comfortable room, nice pool. Very good breakfast. Chateau is near the Canal were you can have a very nice walk, towards the city of Roanne or not."

"Super-friendly host. Good breakfast. Clean and cozy room(s) that slept 4 (actually space for 5), with a superb master bedroom - chambre . Would always return to this place."

"The only issue was at the automated booking in, which didnt recognise my Expedia booking number. However that was resolved by the call via the intercom. The breakfast was great which was a surprise as normally the budget hotels have a poor selection - not here! Bed comfortable too so good nights sleep were had."

"Great value hotel! Excellent customer service, Zacharia was outstanding. The location worked well for us. The property was clean with a good size room, free parking with lots of spaces. We needed a convenient affordable hotel and this worked perfectly. "

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, welcoming and a lovely meal made for our arrival. Comfortable room in magnificent old chateau."

"Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?"

"Amazing place! The hotel is set in a beautifully calm location with stunning surroundings. The food was excellent, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place ⭐"
