The apartment is ideally located in La Chapelle-Thouarault, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.
- Nearest train station: SNCF 19 km (23 minutes by car), Gare de l'Hermitage 1.7km (2 minutes by car)

Le Cri de la Chouette "Super séjour passé dans cet appartement, il est très jolie, l’hygiène est impeccable et irréprochable, les hôtes sont très agréables, à 15 minutes en voiture de rennes, la literie impeccablement propre, avec une très bonne odeur de soupline. Un grand livret d’accueil pour avoir toutes les informations sur l’appartement ainsi que plusieurs petites affiches dans l’appartement pour informations par exemple sur les supermarché à proximité avec les horaires inscrites dessus. Nous ressentons que les hôtes souhaitent que nous passons un agréable séjour (ce qui est réussis) et qu’il ne sont pas là que pour ce mettre de l’argent dans les poches !! L’appartement est vraiment très bien équipés, les équipements installés sont fait pour tout les goûts comme par exemple : deux machines à café différentes. Plein de petit détails qui prouvent bien que les hôtes veulent nous faire passer un agréable séjour. N’ayez aucun doute pour votre réservation !! Je recommande x100000000 !!! Merci beaucoup ????"
