Holiday Home 'Les Ailliers' with Mountain View

Located in La Chaudière, this 95 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a private, well-equipped kitchen with a wood stove. You have access to a private washing machine, a high chair, electric heating, and a fireplace in the spacious living room, all with a mountain view.



Enjoy a large private terrace accessible via stone steps, offering a splendid view of the 3 Becs mountain range. The property covers 25 hectares of private land with swings, surrounded by nature at 870 meters altitude in a peaceful cul-de-sac.



A shared parking area is available on site. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.



This 17th-century Provençal stone farmhouse, converted from barns, is located at the junction between the Drôme Valley and the Drôme Provençale, ensuring peace and tranquility just 370 meters from the village. You are 10 km from Saillans, 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die, and 16 km from Bourdeaux. The location offers excellent hiking opportunities starting from the property as well as nearby climbing sites. The farmhouse includes 2 gîtes separated by a large inner courtyard, accommodating up to 15 people for family or group stays.
