"Cute house in a great location. "

"I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. It had air conditioning which is all I really cared about. At the time, it was the cheapest stay in Esperanza. I’m solo traveling and don’t have much money but for $105/ night total it was not a great deal. The toilet in the shared bathroom had poop on it and all over it. There’s no one on staff so I sent a message to the manager using email where they said to ask questions but by the next morning, it was still not cleaned. I found a house keeper on staff, and she cleaned it later. The room was tiny but cute. Although, it looked like the floors and rugs had not been cleaned in a while. Kinda gross. Needs a deep cleaning. But the bed sheets were clean and it was livable for 2 nights. There is a late night bar attached. I did not notice noise from the back side of the inn. But if I were staying in the front side, I would be concerned about noise. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee to be had anywhere on the property. So again, very, very basic Overall, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else for an extra $20 per night with a private bath and more amenities. Possibly have staff as well."

"An oasis in paradise on hilltop. Tranquil. Host provided places to eat and see. We had apartment #7.It was spacious, clean, felt like home. Close to town and beaches. Great amenities like a rooftop terrace, overlooking the ocean and washing/dryer machines. Next time, we will stay longer.Thank you so much for wonderful experience."

"This property is amazing. We had 7 couples, plenty of space, private bathroom for each (plus two extra). The pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and socializing. The grounds are clean, wonderful to walk around. Easily the best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Had a small hiccup with the hot water, but related to broken solar panels that were replaced while we were there. Charles was an amazing host, responsive and helpful."
