Located in the upper part of the village of La Clusaz, this fully renovated 31 m² apartment, furnished in July 2025, can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a small bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You have a bathroom, separate toilet, and a well-equipped private kitchen. Enjoy your semi-covered private terrace, ideal for admiring the Alpine scenery or organizing a barbecue. The living room is equipped with a television and Wi-Fi access.



The apartment, situated on the garden level of a small residence, offers you a private parking space on site as well as a ski locker. You also benefit from easy access to the ski slopes, located just 50 meters away on foot, a mountain view, and the possibility to reach the village center on foot. Restaurants, shops, and bowling are nearby, and public transport allows you to easily explore the surrounding area.
