Your welcome is provided by La Conciergerie Privée, who will give you the keys, a welcome kit (essential supplies for your installation...), and will introduce you to the accommodation and its various equipment. You will receive a personalised booklet containing information about the resort, and the events planned during your stay and provides you with assistance throughout your stay.
