Les Hôte professionnel, procédure d'arrivée impeccable, appartement très bien situé, proche des pistes et des commerces. Navette gratuite à proximité. Vue sur les montagnes très agréable. Casiers à skis. Place de parking privée pour 1 voiture très utile ! Les -Appartement vieillissant et très bruyant (voisinage, musique jusqu'à 2h tous les soirs venant du bar...). Radiateurs bruyants (surtout la nuit), celui de la salle de bain est difficile à régler car il n'y a pas d'indication sur le robinet. Un dans le séjour ne fonctionne pas. Colonne de douche non fonctionnelle. Literies très fermes. Cuisine très petite avec des équipements à revoir : réchaud à fondue en mauvais état, raclette minuscule pour 4 personnes, frigo très petit, lave vaisselle si minuscule qu'il en devient inutile, il manque la notice de la plaque de cuisson qui est difficile à utiliser, un balai usé à renouveler, trop d'ustensiles de cuisine inutiles (manque de place pour le rangement des courses). Casiers à ski très étroits (pour 4 skieurs grand max). Il serait nécessaire de prévoir une pelle à neige. Il faut préciser aux futurs locataires de prévoir le coût d'un abonnement de parking à la semaine pour une deuxième voiture (nous ne pouvons pas deviner qu'il n'y a aucune place gratuite à La Clusaz !). Le badge d'entrée a été inutile, n'importe qui pouvait rentrer dans la résidence. L'appartement est réellement prévu pour 4 personnes comme le confirme l'agrément fourni dans le logement, et non pour 6.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé , l'appartement était très fonctionnel et avait un petit côté montagnard. Il est bien équipé et possède une grande terrasse avec une vue vraiment magnifique sur les montagnes. Un emplacement au top en centre ville (boutiques, Boulangerie, Restos, magasins de location de matériel de sport... ) et à proximité des pistes ( nous y allions à pieds ) . Plus besoin de toucher à la voiture grâce à la place réservée sur le parking privé, tout se fait à pied ... Que dire de plus , à part que nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec la neige et le soleil tout les jours... A refaire sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour nous reviendrons !

L’emplacement de l’appartement a 2 pas du centre et des pistes (et la vue !). La terrasse bien exposée qui mériterait d’être mieux organisée en hiver pour pouvoir en profiter (chaises à dispo ?). Appartement bien équipé et propre. Logistique facile et rapide avec l’agence pour la remise des clés et la restitution. Parfait pour 4 personnes ! Appartement qui mériterait un petit coup de neuf. Chauffage dans la chambre double bruyant nous devions l’éteindre tous les soirs.

Bon appartement avec quelques manques

Une très bonne localisation en centre-ville avec une belle vue sur les montagnes Manque quelques équipements (mixeur plongeur, verres à pied, plat à four compatible avec la taille du four...) Quelques équipements à revoir (grille-pain faiblard, trappe produit du lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas toujours, réfrigérateur gèle les aliments par zone quelque soit le réglage du thermostat) Eclairage de la salle à améliorer, il n'y a que les plafonniers qui éclairent trop violemment pour une soirée agréable. Mettre un mitigeur dans la douche à la place du mélangeur classique et fixer la vasque... Ajouter les manuels simplifiés des équipements (plaque cuisson et micro-onde compliqués).
