We 3 jours 2 nuits

Bon sejour de 3 jours 2 nuits dans un joli chalet même si "dans son jus" et manque de quelques equipements plus récents.Nous avions de la place à 9 adultes et une belle tablee pour des moments conviviaux. Charles a adapté nos horaires darrivee et de depart. Les pistes sont à rejoindre en voiture ou en navette.

Logement spacieux et agréable. Propriétaire sympathique mais concierge mal aimable par rapport aux remarques car literie sale et poils d’animaux sur coussins. Et chemin d’accès à pied mal dégagé et glissant surtout avec les bagages.

réuni à 10 (grand parents et parents) pour le mariage d un petit fils.. nous avons pu loger facilement dans le chalet : chaque couple a sa chambre . une chambre au « rdc » pour les grand parents avec accès à la salle bain. un grande salle pour manger tous ensemble .. un coin cheminé sympa.accès à pied au téléphérique de la Balme possible..accès en voiture « dans le bon sens «  de circulation en hiver pour aller à la station.un peu d’organisation pour faire la cuisine..une magnifique terrasse face à la montagne sans aucun vis à vis ! magnifique !très bon rapport qualité /prix

GRAND logement très SALE

Points positifs : Le gîte est grand et agréable à vivre en terme de VOLUMES et de lumière. L’endroit est isolé et donc paisible avec une belle vue. Le monsieur qui nous a ouvert le gîte était adorable vraiment, il s’agissait d’un concierge en quelque sorte mais ce n’était pas le propriétaire, il a été gentil et de bons conseils.Pointe négatifs : gite isolé avec navette toutes les 20 minutes environ. Donc pas très pratique pour allez dans le village (3km) ou aux remontées mécaniques c’est une gymnastique à prendre en compte car il est indiqué sur l’annonce station de ski 1 minute à pieds mais c’est faux nous l’avons appris en demandant plus d’infos (après réservation) au propriétaire. De plus le gîte était extrêmement SALE (je ne peux pas joindre de photos dommage mais le propriétaire les a eu), cuisine sale, explosion de déchets dans le micro onde, nourriture sur les couverts.Wc sales. Odeur désagréable. On en venait à douter de tout et avons d’ailleurs tout relavé. Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire qui n’a rien souhaité faire et nous a simplement répondu qu’il n’avait pas de femme de ménage et comptait sur les précédents locataires pour faire le ménage. Et nous a fait le plaisir de nous souhaiter une bonne année sans nous proposer de solutions. Nous avons donc fait appel à Abritel qui ne parvient pas à le joindre ni par mail ni par téléphone depuis plusieurs jours. Dommage cela lui aurait évité ce commentaire mais il est important que vous sachiez à quoi vous en tenir.

Un très bel emplacement du chalet exposé plein sud et sans vis à vis et à equidistance entre les pistes de ski alpin et le fond. Avec les navettes de bus, la voiture n'a pas bougé de la semaine. Très bon accueil. Chalet très agréable et chaleureux. Une vue sur La clusaz qui nous a permis de voir le feu d'artifice tiré à l'occasion de Noël. De plus, la neige était au RDV. Nous recommandons.

Un chalet familial avec un belle vue sur la montagne

Nous avons renouvelé notre week end dans ce chalet cette année. Un grand chalet organisé pour 11 personnes : une grand table, des coins salons, deux toilettes et deux salle de bains. Changement d'année à la Clusaz

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un chalet avec un grande superficie. Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec 10 personnes. Le chalet est agréable, un peu de rafraichissement et de modernité serait la bienvenu (dessus de canapés...) . Petite surprise de découvrir qu'une chambre se trouve un peu isolé en étant situé au sous sol. Chalet relativement isolé, sans navette la voiture devient presque indispensable. D'après les indications de l'annonce nous pensions être plus proche des commodités. Nous avons tout de même passé une très chouette semaine, avec Christian pour la communication sur place.

Chalet convivial et super accueil

Nous avons séjourné à 11 dans le chalet une très bonne accueil de la part de l'hôte, très bienveillant. Nous avons passé un week-end mais il est très facile d'y passer une semaine entière car il dispose de plusieurs pièces d'eau et une grande pièce à vivre avec cheminée. Je recommande à 100 %.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le chalet pittoresque nous a séduit tout comme l'emplacement, au calme et avec une vue superbe. L'été, profiter de la grande terrasse doit être un grand plaisir! Là nous avons profité de la cheminée très performante et du salon douillet. L'espace est grand et très bien équipé. Quelques bémols: la chambre du bas pas très propre et tristounette. Et la literie globalement à changer .

Chalet spacieux pour 4 couples et des enfants. Multiple coins pour se détendre. Espace autour de la maison pour les enfants (luge). Bus à ski à proximité mais souvent très sollicités. Surtout utilisée la Balme ou Bossonet pour skier. Pour les tout petits il faut changer de bus pour le Giguet patinoire Pioupiou
