    Ground floor apartment in a chalet with 2 units, built in 2019, located 200 meters from the green Var slope and 1.5 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. 50 m from a ski bus stop (free). Beautiful view.

    LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa (140), television, French doors opening onto a South-facing terrace with garden furniture,

    KITCHEN: sink, 3-burner vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hood, cabinets with all necessary kitchen equipment

    BEDROOM: double bed (160), window,

    BATHROOM: shower and sink, separate toilet,

    LAUNDRY ROOM: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer
