Very beautiful apartment renovated in 2019, on the first floor of a chalet with 4 apartments, on the road to Col des Aravis, 600 m from the slopes (Crêt du Merle), 1.4 km from the center. View of the Beauregard Massif and the Etale Massif. Shuttles nearby.

Symphonie à la pastorale

L'appartement est idéal pour passer un bon séjour, spacieux, équipements très satisfaisants, matériaux et meubles de grande qualité. La seule et unique problématique, c'est le bruit des voitures, camions et motos qui roulent très vite. Une barre de relevage dans les toilettes Une tablette dans les toilettes pour y mette le papier toilette et des produits Voir avec la commune et la police nationale pour mettre un radar sur cette route :) afin de réguler la circulation

Séjour agréable au coeur du massif des Aravis dans un appartement spacieux et confortable.

Bel appartement spacieux, confortable et rénové récemment, avec une très belle vue sur le village de la Clusaz et le massif des Aravis. La localisation du chalet sur un axe routier très fréquenté empêche de profiter de la terrasse.
