Chalet with 2 apartments at the foot of the slopes, renovated in 2010, located 600 meters from the village center, in the place called Le Plan. On the green slope accessing the Bossonnet ski lifts (400 m) and connecting the entire ski area. Sledding slope near the chalet. Shuttles 150 m away.

LIVING ROOM: (tiled) 16 m2, comfort bench, television, French door leading to a 7 m2 veranda terrace + 7 m2 balcony, garden furniture in summer,

La vue, l'équipement du logement, la petite veranda, la petite terrasse, la qualité du chauffage (météo clémente). Le garage et le parking devant. Logement trop proche de la route passagère. Dommage que la pièce de vie donne coté route. Literie à revoir.

Beau chalet, bien agencé intérieurement mais en bord de route très fréquentée par des voitures qui n

Proximité du village et des chemins de randonnée. Terrasse et véranda très sympas. Bonne réactivité du propriétaire suite à un souci de réfrigérateur. Améliorer l'étanchéité des fenêtres de la chambre avec grand lit et y installer des volets (pour limiter les nuisances de la route toute proche). Augmenter le nombre de couverts et changer les poêles qui attachent. Rallonger de 20 cm la terrasse car risque de chute de chaise autour de la table.

Comme à la maison...

Le chalet est équipé avec soin, ce qui est très agréable. La proximité des pistes et du centre-ville permettent une autonomie pédestre. Toutefois, la proximité de la route (à l'intérieur du chalet) et la saturation automobile (GAZ d'échappement ) sont de gros point noirs. C'est dommage. En outre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité d'accueil de l'ensemble des commerçants, restaurateurs compris...et ce n'est malheureusement pas une évidence dans toutes les stations. Literie à changer
