Rustic chalet on the slopes of La Clusaz

Independent chalet of 50 m2, built on a plot of 700 m2 in Veyriers on the road to CrĂȘt du Merle. It is exposed to the southwest, facing the Beauregard massif. Large balcony and terrace. Very beautiful view of the Etale massif.
Access to the slopes on foot (about 100m). Access to the village and the Ski School is possible on skis (1st star level) via the CrĂȘt du Merle piste. For the little ones or non-skiers it is possible to reach a cable car on foot (500m).
This gondola also works in summer and gives access to the summer toboggan.

Garden level: The garden level is 33 m2 and includes:
      - an entrance hall (storage of skis, shoes, provisions)
      - a fully-equipped kitchen,
      - a living room with a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bed for 1 person, a double French window opening onto a large balcony
      - a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Finished basement: The basement is 17 m2 and includes:
     - a bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds
     - an independent WC with a washing machine
     - a toilet area with shower and sink
     - underfloor heating.
Communication between floors takes place from the outside.

Belle vue mais chalet catastrophe a oublié

Chalet Ă  la limite de l insalubritĂ©, envahi de cloportes et mĂ©nage oubliĂ©. Nous avions hĂąte de partir lave vaisselle non fonctionnelle literie sale et j en passe heureusement qu’il y avait la vue magnifique cordialement

Appreciation peu encourageante

AccÚs non déneigés (place de parking, escaliers, terrasse) les enfants sont tombé plus d'une fois et pas de sel à disposition Lave vaisselle en panne Toiles d'araignée dans toutes les piÚces ProblÚme d'humidité au couchage du bas (infiltration par les murs qui ont été recouvert de moquette pour dissimuler) nous avons retrouvé le linge humide stocké à cet endroit

Séjour au ski réussi

Avec notre groupe d'amis (six adultes), nous avons pleinement pu profiter de la superbe localisation du chalet Ă  quelques mĂštres des pistes pour chausser les skis dĂšs le matin. Le chalet, chaleureux en bois, est Ă©quipĂ© avec tout le nĂ©cessaire. La rĂ©partition entre la partie basse "grande chambre dortoir" et la partie haute "piĂšce de vie" est agrĂ©able et chacun y a trouvĂ© son compte. MĂȘme la petite descente d'escalier pour rejoindre la chambre du bas dans la neige et au milieu de la nuit nous aura valu des souvenirs de franche rigolade et tout le monde s'y est vite accoutumĂ©. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre sĂ©jour!

Parfait!

Magnifique petit chalet. Pas de vis à vis ou de voisinage bruyant. La vue est superbe et le chalet trÚs bien équipé. Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine et avons hùte d'y revenir.

TrÚs bon séjour

Excellent accueil et trĂšs bons conseils personnalisĂ©s sur lesquels nous avons d'ailleurs basĂ© la plupart de nos activitĂ© durant notre sĂ©jour. La localisation du chalet est parfaite, Ă  savoir isolĂ© de l'agitation du centre de La Clusaz. L'habitation est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, rien n'a manquĂ©. La propretĂ© du logement Ă©tait irrĂ©prochable, c'est assez rare pour ĂȘtre soulignĂ©. Seul petit bĂ©mol peut-ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© sur l'annonce mais que nous n'avions pas relevĂ© : l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur n'est pas communiquant avec le supĂ©rieur, ce qui est plutĂŽt contraignant lorsque l'on a des enfants (3 et 5 ans dans notre cas) et que l'on n'a pas de babyphone. Il faut en effet sortir par un escalier extĂ©rieur pour rejoindre les couchages infĂ©rieurs... En tout cas merci Ă  Christel pour nous avoir permis de passer ce sĂ©jour dans son logement !

Emplacement trÚs agréable au calme proche de la nature
