Oceanfront Cottage, with private beach

  • The perfect, newly remodeled, waterfront getaway in La Conner, WA. This beautiful open concept cottage has spacious living space for all entertainment needs. Relax and watch a movie on the big couch, enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around deck, and/or take a walk on the private beach.

    The welcoming Historic La Conner town is just minutes away with lots of great food options, museums, and fun boutiques. If you are in the mood to explore a little more - Anacortes is just 20 minutes away and Deception Pass Bridge is about 20 minutes away.

    This beach cottage is suitable for a romantic couple's retreat or small families with children. Please be informed that this property is on a slope with limited fencing. There are stairs to get down to the private beach. There are also stairs (aprx. 11 steps) to enter the cottage. All children, including teenagers, must be supervised at all times. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the rental party.

    A bit of background on the city of La Conner pulled from Experience WA. “ La Conner is a small town of 900 residents built on the banks of the Swinomish Channel, which leads to the Salish Sea and gives La Conner much of its color and atmosphere. Walk down the new boardwalk along the channel to take in the distinct seaside ambiance that comes with watching fishing boats and pleasure crafts navigate their way toward the world-famous San Juan Islands. Crowning the channel is Rainbow Bridge, the Golden Gate of La Conner. With its historic buildings and a colorful downtown assortment of channel-front restaurants, inns, galleries, museums and boutiques, La Conner is a prime destination for those who appreciate a stroll. Soak up the saltwater scents and sounds as seabirds sweep overhead, or enjoy a drink out by the channel. “
