Staff friendly and very helpful. They helped us make a change to our booking and gave us an upgraded room. Hotel wasn't in the most attractive area - similar to being in a industrial estate - but was still close to amenities including a shopping mall.

It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay. They were very attentive and very very helpful and comprehensive. Reasonable prices. The hotel is in an industrial area. However, it has everything your need within walking distance, and the hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

A temporary problem that one night

Everything about the hotel and services were fine and true to Ibis brand. There was an electrical malfunction that caused a loud and persist noise deep in the walls for most of the night with no explanation.

The walls between each rooms are so thin that you can hear your neighboor snoring. If you have a room to the road it can get loud during the night as it is an industrial area with a lot of trucks. Staff is ok friendly.
