"Location was convenient. Staff was possibly understaffed as some were very direct and rude. One even reprimanded me for getting two breakfast items with same tongs. I get it, however they were very rude about it. Carpet smelled dank. Additionally, the second night there were loud teenagers running up and down the hallway and barking dogs till 4 a.m.. We got no sleep at all the second night. I reported the events going on, however they said they had no staff to monitor and they would look into it. It went on pretty all night long. Will not be saying at that location again."

"My room was not cleaned the day before I left. Housekeeping was gone and they said that they couldn't help. No partial refund or anything! I could have stayed at a motel 6"

"The pool is extraordinary. Surrounded by lush gardens. It’s truly exceptional. The beds were comfy. The staff was helpful. The building is in bad shape and in massive need of a paint job and stylist to come in and Joosh. It honestly just needs some terracotta colored paint and a lobby remodel and it could be cool. There is an old diner that needs a Joosh too and could be cool. The breakfast is a hoot and free just tip. "

"Surprisingly large room, very clean with nice bathroom. Really liked the shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't try the restaurant and breakfast was not included."

"No refills in breakfast..only had scrambled eggs that had so much water, sausages were salty and never refilled past 9am where breakfast close time is 10am. No breads Waffle maker dirty Options were egg Waffles Thts all No fruits refill. Bathrooms have mold Hair in shampoo bottle No soap refills No hair dryer For a room with 3 guests they only gave 2 towels Stains in bed headboard do they even wipe that"
