"Our initial room on arrival was larger than our subsequent room, which we moved from because it was on the ground floor next to the toilets, and had a broken safe that continually beeped. However, fortunately they were able to move us the next day. Fantastic pool area and seating. The rooms and decor are a bit dated and quirky, but I suspect that's part of the charm. A little outside Cannes if that's what you want, but maybe that's a good thing."

"A dream week with my wife and my three children!A perfect and very pleasant apartment, in impeccable condition and recently renovated, exactly as shown in the owners’ photos, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with appliances (toaster, espresso machine, hair dryer, air conditioning etc.), linens (sheets, towels, etc.) as for leisure activities (beach towels, tennis rackets and balls, etc.).The entire complex is very, very pleasant and secure.For those who love lounging by a magnificent pool, diving into crystal-clear water over 30 degrees, and enjoying an ice cream, a crepe, or even a hot dog, you’ll be in heaven.For those who prefer the sea, the apartment is a 10-minute walk away, and there are some excellent restaurants less than a 20-minute walk away in the harbor area. We only used the car once to stock up on groceries at a large supermarket 8 minutes from the apartment.Thanks to Philippe and his wife, we received a perfect welcome and the check-in process was quick and easy. Thank you both! You took all the stress off our shoulders by greeting us right at the residence’s gate, giving us a tour of the residence, and answering all our questions and requests. It’s very reassuring to know that we have a local contact who responds within minutes via WhatsApp and can be on-site at any time in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to our host Jessica! We'll definitely be back, and we recommend it 100%"

"I was smitten by this charming and cozy apartment. Located only a two minute walk from the beach Plage du Midi, it is perfectly located for a quiet and bucolic stay in Cannes. All the amenities were available for our family of 3 to have a wonderful 9-day stay, I would highly recommend this property for a family wanting to enjoy and feel like they are "living" in Cannes."

"L’appartement est situé dans une belle résidence et est très agréable à vivre au quotidien. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et tout s’est bien passé. L’appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de Cannes et est légèrement excentré, ce qui peut rendre les déplacements plus difficiles lorsque l’on est pas véhiculés, et donc tributaires des transports, qui ne sont pas toujours fiables."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cannes. La villa correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes dans le cadre de notre déplacement professionnel. Le logement était confortable, bien équipé et à 30 min du centre-ville. Tout s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin.Seul petit point à noter : le tarif durant cette période reste assez élevé, mais cela est compréhensible compte tenu de la forte demande à Cannes. Malgré cela, nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour."
