  • Offering a nice view of the swimming pool and the large tropical garden, this beautiful 2P with terrace refurbished at the end of 2021 is 400 m from the city centre. A bedroom with new bed 140x190. A kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso, kettle, microwave, living room with flat screen 110 cm, WIFI, Prime Video, Canal+, BZ sofa 160x190. On the terrace: Table, chairs, sofa, coffee table. Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost. Very pleasant and sought-after residence. Free shuttle at the foot of the residence for the beaches of Gigaro (superb walk to Cap Lardier by coastal path where you will arrive at the beach of Brouîs), Heraclée, D-Day, beach of Pampelonne, Saint Tropez etc... Shuttle at the foot of the residence for Toulon train station and Hyères airport. Mountain bike rental at 400m for superb walks on the trails. In summer I am on my 10m sailboat at the port of Cavalaire and I offer you sailing days with aperitif and lunch in coves accessible only by boat at a very preferential rate for my tenants.

La Croix Valmer

Appartement très propre et très agréable. Le balcon qui offre une très belle vue sur la piscine, est parfait pour se poser à chaque instant de la journée. Le WIFI est un plus très appréciable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Je reviendrai sans la moindre hésitations.

Kleines, gemütliches Apartment in einem größeren Wohnkomplex. Schöner Gemeinschaftspool. Die Küche könnte mit etwas mehr Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet sein. Leider klein WLAN.
