La Croix-valmer: Calm and Relaxation in Lush Greenery, sea View
- The villa is ideally located, quiet, in lush greenery, in a private subdivision with superb views of the wooded hill, as well as sea views. It has 2 large terraces, 1 partially shaded: lounge garden with a very friendly bar. The swimming pool (9.5mx 4.5m) is very private, located a few steps down, in the sun all day, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and varied and sheltered from all eyes. The garden of 15 ares is pleasantly raised and flowers and gives to its occupants a real peace. The layout and equipment of the house are recent and quality. The decoration is refined. The villa is located 5 minutes from the landing beach, beautiful and large sandy beach with a pontoon (lifeguard and volleyball in high season) lined with several bars / restaurants. The house is 10 minutes from the shops of the village, however 1st supermarket less than 1 km.
Deposit of € 700: to be paid separately and refunded, in whole or in part, after validation of the inventory of places of exit.
