A parking space is available on the property less than 10 meters away, and there is a bike storage area within the private space.



    Pets, smoking, commercial filming, and event celebrations are not allowed. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours during their stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.). Final cleaning must be done by guests before departure. Bed linens and towels are not included; please bring your own or request them from the host for an extra fee. Basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil) are not provided; please bring what you need. A new roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival. Air conditioning is not available.

Some initial problems finding the property but owner quickly traveled to meet us and show us around. No problems and an excellent coffee machine which we have today brought also for ourselves. A just beautiful location in Aiguillon with so much to enjoy and inexpensive. Highly recommended.

Au calme dans une impasse.Des voisins très proches mais discrets (jamais vus).On peux tout faire à pieds: commerces et plages.Région très touristique avec la pointe d'Arsay er la baie de l'Anguillon.Location propre et bien équipée.Un petit bémol : pour manger dehors table et chaises rouillées (pas très sympa).

Pros: Das eigene Grundstück. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Schuppen. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Das ruhige Wohngebiet. Die Nähe zum Strand. Parkplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür, kurze Wege. Frühstück und Abendessen unter freiem Himmel mit abendlichen Besuch durch die Kröten. Cons: -
