Detached single storey house, facing south, located in a very quiet area away from major roads, close to the sea, the market of La Flotte and the commercial area, on a plot of 750 m2, closed wall and a hedge of evergreen shrubs. It will be appreciated by all, especially children for the available space of games.
The private parking allows the parking of several vehicles safely.
Classified 3 stars in January 2018, it consists of 3 main rooms (living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC) for 4 people. The attached garage of 30 m2 offers many storage possibilities including that of bicycles.
The tourist tax, access to internet-WIFI and other charges are included in the rental price.
Cleaning and linen hire are available on request. Baby facilities are available by reservation (bed- carpet langer- highchair)

Quiet and plenty of space

Lovely gite in a quiet location on the outskirts of La Flotte. Able to walk to the main area and restaurants. Very well equipped and clean. Plenty of space for 4 people with everything you could ever need.

Séjour très agréable maison très bien équipée il ne manque rien très propre et décoré avec goût. Située proche du centre de la flotte à pied et de saint Martin. Jardin ombragé et équipé de chaises longues et sieges idéal pour manger dehors ou se reposer, très calme. Cour permettant de garer 2 voitures. A louer sans hésiter.

Très beau séjour à l’île de Ré. Soleil et chaleur au rendez-vous de cette semaine de Juin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location qui présentait toutes les commodités et qui était tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Malgré la chaleur estivale, la maison est demeurée très fraîche.Le plus’ un stationnement sécurisé à l’intérieur de la propriété. Le centre de La Flotte à environ 1 km. On peut tout faire à pied. Bref, le bonheur !

Très bon séjour sur l'île de Ré

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur l'île de Ré. La maison de La Flotte nous a beaucoup plu. La situation, le jardin, la propreté, l'équipement - tout est au top ! La communication avec le propriétaire était également très agréable - toujours rapide, aimable et serviable. Un grand merci - nous reviendrons très volontiers.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette jolie maison, son emplacement (idéalement située proche du centre, des commerces, de la plage), son environnement, son jardin arboré et son agencement moderne et confortable (literie etc...) Maison la Flotte

Maison tres bien situee. Proche du village et du port, de la piste cyclable, quartier très calme. Maison agréable, conforme aux photos de l'annonce, confortable, parfaitement équipée. Il manquerait peut-être une cafetière a dosette, plus pratique au quotidien, mais c'est un détail, une cafetière filtre est mise a disposition. De même pour la salle de bain, une douche a l'italienne compléterait le confort de cette agréable maison, la salle bain est composée d'une baignoire. Le propriétaire avec qui nous avons échangé par mail est très disponible et très sympathique. La personne qui nous a accueilli également. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à La Flotte en Ré!

Maison très agréable à vivre, très bien entretenue et équipée avec un grand jardin clos et joliment fleuri et arboré. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und der Ort ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein schöner Garten und eine sehr gute Ausstattung machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und der Wald in der Nähe war für die Gassi Runde ideal, Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns alles wesentliche vorweg mitgeteilt hat. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett von Sylvie empfangen und eingewiesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in das schöne Haus in dem bezaubernden Ort La Flotte.

Maison bien conçue assez spacieuse et contient tous les équipements nécessaires. Le plus, le jardin ombragé très appréciable quand il fait très chaud. Logement proche du centre mais je conseille d'avoir un vélo qui de toute façon est conseillé pour l'île de ré.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Ferienaufenthalt auf der Ile de Ré. Vom Ferienhaus ist es nicht weit bis zum Ortskern, mit dem Rad ist man auch in knapp 10 Minuten am Strand. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht, es ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, zum rundum wohlfühlen.

La maison est bien agencée et entretenue, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le dessus de lit rouge par contre est usé et les draps loués dont le drap housse ne tenait pas sur le lit. Pas de chaises longues pour reposer les jambes, elles étaient cassées. Et le calme n'était pas au rendez vous en raison de travaux de construction de maisons bruyants en face de 9 h à 18 h qui ont gaché notre séjour.
