At the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré and all its amenities (shops, daily market, port, beach, bike paths ...), the house "La Vague" will delight you for the holidays.

Can accommodate up to 4 people, the house has its private courtyard, its garden, overlooking a small pedestrian street (Venelle des Révellins).

On foot or by bike, you will never be far from bike paths or pedestrian paths by the sea to walk or to explore the ten small villages of the Ile de Ré.

The equipment of the house:
- Living room: a sofa, an armchair, a table 4-6 people, flat screen color television.
- Kitchen equipment: fridge, freezer, traditional oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, and a full service for 6 people, an ironing board and his iron.

Emplacement parfait

Emplacement calme mais proche du centre et de la Grande surface pour les courses. L’escalier est compliqué pour des enfants en bas âge et des grands ados se cognent la Tête. Sinon la maison est très bien pour une petite famille. Le seul hic l’absence de lave vaisselle. Très bon accueil. Maison très propre et literie parfaite. À refaire !

Très propre et bien placé mais

Parking dans lequel il est pratiquement impossible de rentrer une berline sans attraper le mur de plus lorsqu’il fait nuit car pas d’éclairage. Il nous a manqué surtout du rangement, un lave-vaisselle et de la climatisation.

Bonjour,nous avons passé de bonne vacances un accueil a l'arrivée très sympathique,ainsi que pour le départ. Concernant le logement très bien pour un couple et deux enfants car la chambre a l'étage deux petits lits a même le parquet . L'emplacement est très bien situé.

Lovely little house

The house is well positioned for the town but quiet with secure parking. It is well equipped, bright and light. Easy access to cycle routes to visit other towns and beaches. Benjamin and Laura are very helpful for local information and bikes. A great holiday.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et à quelques minutes également d'un supermarché, et à côté d'un arrêt d'autobus, la Flotte est un joli village qui a un centre bourg très animé avec un joli port , nous y retournerons

Nicely situated, well presented property.

Compact - but all we needed - 2 ageing adults and one dog! Short stroll down quaint streets into centre of La Flotte. Plenty of eating places open in late September. Quieter and less shops than St-Martin, but probably the preferable destination (we have stayed in both). Benjamin and ? Laura nice to deal with. Even let me off one broken wine glass!

Clean, modern apartment in great location

Super little apartment that maximises the space well. Nice outside space as well. Close to the port of La Flotte. Benjamin was very helpful, smooth check-in and out plus we rented bicycles directly from him as well.

Eind augustus met 2 personen een week verbleven in La Vague. De haven van La Flotte is op loopafstand. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats voor de gebruikers van de huisjes. Wijk hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de 2e slaapkamer (boven) Deze slaapkamer heeft een laag plafond, maar voor kinderen prima te doen. Het huisje heeft een klein ommuurd plaatsje. Voor ons geen probleem, wellicht wel voor mensen die van uitzicht/ruimte houden. Het huisje was schoon en alles wat nodig is, was aanwezig. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Tres bien située. Proche de la ville, du port. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. L’arrêt de bus juste à côté nous a permis de nous déplacer plus loin. Le logement est charmant avec sa cour privative. Le propriétaire est très accueillant

Loc Sous équipée. Mais bonne situation géographique.

Deco agréable mais aucun rangement. Plus que le stricte minimum en vaisselle. La seconde chambre ne permet pas de tenir debout. La literie est très bonne. La douche grande. Il faudrait davantage investire pour le bien être des locataires et ainsi justifier les tarifs.

Très bon accueil du couple propriétaire. Appartement bien situé, au calme et à proximité de tous commerces et du port. Famille avec 2 ados, location "La Plage" à déconseiller aux grandes statures car on ne tient pas debout dans la chambre à l'étage. Location de vélos possible aux propriétaires, indispensable pour visiter l ile.Oui , je la conseillerais à un ami.

Très bien situé et au calme dans une ruelle piétonne menant rapidement au port, aux commerces et à la plage de La Flotte. Place de parking appréciable, patio pour manger dehors, WIFI, tout est super ! Tout est neuf et de bonne qualité ! Contacts avec le propriétaire très sympathiques. Adresse à retenir et à partager sans aucun soucis !
