The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all trash from the house, decks and dock. It must be bagged. NO LOOSE TRASH in outside cans.
Secure all recreational equipment on the dock, remove any trash/cans/bottles and reset all furniture. Put lift up.
Remove soiled sheets and leave on the floor. Take used towels to the laundry room. Leave mattress pads on unless soiled. Leave comforters and pillows in their designated rooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Minimum age to rent is 27. No college groups allowed.
Garbage must be bagged. No loose trash in outdoor bins.
