  • A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the foot of beautiful mountains and lush Green orange groves and just 10 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva,Piles,Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main AP7 motorway makes the villa perfect for those that want to go exploring.
    The detached villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large detached villa is split into 2 levels, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. During your stay we give you full privacy at the pool and in the garden. I am on hand if there is anything you need or advice on places to eat ect.
    The villa has 1 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +WC, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access,FREE WIFI, Large private terrace with outside table for eating and enjoying the views. The fantastic garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. In hot dry months BBQ with wood or carbon is not allowed, we supply a gas BBQ for these times. There is also a Paella ring and gas burner. Large 8 x 10 private pool with a large terrace and very private. There is also a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool is gated so small children can not gain access to it alone. Pool is closed after dark.

Beautiful place to stay, we all loved it. Heather the host was so friendly and helpful, water and sangria waiting for us arriving. Easy to contact when we needed to ask anything. The scenery is breath taking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly.

Traditional spanish villa with private pool

Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Lovely, spacious apartment

We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to València, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week.

Peaceful few days

Top host, very friendly & provided us a lovely carafe of sangria on our arrival & very flexible with our arrival & check out. Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. Only slight negatives were: irregular wifi & no parking onsite, parking is diagonally opposite within a community leisure/sports centre car park. There was however, no problem parking there. It’s a nice community area/urbanisation, with a local park for walking, I guess you could maybe use the facilities of the leisure centre: climbing wall, paddle, etc. Thanks for being a great host Heather

Lovely Villa with great views

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The open-plan living area and generously sized bedrooms made it perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax and unwind.The two modern bathrooms were a big plus—clean, stylish, and well-equipped. But the highlight has to be the outdoor area. The swimming pool was sparkling and refreshing, surrounded by a lovely patio and greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. We spent most evenings outside, either swimming or enjoying dinner under the stars.The villa strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and privacy. Villa Flora and it’s beautiful gardens

Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didn’t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and I’m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.
