Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this beautiful 50 m² flat in La Forêt-Fouesnant, less than 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, hob, Senseo coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and open-plan double dressing room
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC

Mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with two single beds that can be stacked with storage unit.

Outside :
- A furnished, south-facing balcony (3m×1.5m) to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Bananec It’s a cozy place with a separate bedroom, a mezzanine with a single bed, bathroom, separate toilet, a small kitchen combined with a living area big enough for four. A large sofa bed is in the living area. It is located in a quiet apartment complex and is only a one-minute walk to the harbor, two minutes to the beach. Also comes with one parking spot that can be locked. Management is very nice and welcoming.

L’environnement est très calme. Le logement est bien situé pour pouvoir visiter les villages et villes alentours. La salle de bain est un peu désuète par rapport au reste de l’appartement mais elle reste très fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien ! ????"

Centre bourg à 20 minutes à pied via le sentier côtier. Appartement joliment décoré. Belle terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur. Ma réserve porte sur le prix : l'état et le niveau de confort du logement ne justifient pas vraiment son prix, on trouve des logements refaits à neuf pour moins cher dans la même résidence...
