Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, renovated Vosges farmhouse for rent in La Forge, featuring mountain views, with a floor area of 170 m² and accommodation for up to 10 guests. We look forward to welcoming you!

It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
– Games room with table tennis table, table football and darts.
– Access to the garden and the outdoor terrace

First floor:
– Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
– Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
– Bedroom 3: one bunk bed and one single bed (sleeps 3, 90×190).
– Bedroom 4: a bunk bed and a single bed (sleeps 3, 90×190).
– A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.
– A separate toilet.
– A utility room.
– An indoor terrace.

Upper level (R+2):
– A 55 m² living area with a TV lounge, dining area with a wood-burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Please note that the basement is not accessible to guests.

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, plancha and barbecue.

Outdoors:
– A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace, accessible from the ground floor, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
– A beautiful, private but unfenced plot of 3,000 m² (1,000 m² of landscaped garden and 2,000 m² of pasture).

The house is ideally situated in La Forge, in a very peaceful setting. Nearby, you’ll find a traditional restaurant, a pizzeria, a grocery shop, a bakery, a goat farm and a cheese shop. Bars, shops and supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away.

Activities:
– Hiking and walking.
– Gérardmer, about 10 km away (ski resort, International Fantasy Film Festival).
– La Bresse, about 26 km away (ski resort, La Montagne des Lamas 2 km away).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private parking spaces (6 vehicles in total):
– Ground floor: outdoor car park on the west side (3 vehicles) and a garage (2 vehicles, height limit 2.50 m).
– First floor: outdoor parking on the east side (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is essential.
– Public transport is available by bus from Remiremont or Gérardmer (not the most convenient option).
– Remiremont railway station is approximately 14 km away
– Colmar-Houssen Airport is approximately 69 km away
