"This resort was amazing, the food was amazing everywhere (except the buffet) and the staff were extremely friendly. They greeted us every time they see us. When we arrived to the hotel, they gave us the wrong room. I paid for a king bed w/ ocean view and got a pool view/partial ocean with 2 full beds. The lady at the front desk helped fixed the situation instantly. She did say at first we’d have to stay in the room the first night and check out and back in for the new room the next day but she ended up finding us a room the same day because I wasn’t doing that. But everything was beautiful and amazing!"

"My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Every morning before going to the pool, we’d stop by Coco Cafe to get an iced latte. And then at lunch time we’d go back for a fruit smoothie, and at night before going back to our room, we’d get iced tea. Every time we came in, Esmeralda so happy to see us. She was very nice and made our trip feel extra special. The food was delicious. Our favorite was the aguachile at The Patio. And the desserts at the Japanese restaurant were outstanding, like the Taro pudding and chocolate filled wonton. But the show at the Hibachi restaurant is a must. Charlie was our chef, along with Ismael and another waiter whose name started with an M. It was so much fun. 10 times better than a Benihana. Overall our trip was great. The waiters at the pool are so attentive and we never had to wonder where they were. Oh and the iguanas! It was so much fun watching the iguanas at the pool. We will definitely be back."

"This is an older property, but it is very comfy and homey. The staff is exceptional, especially with someone whose Spanish isn’t very fluent. If you want to just chill and relax, I would highly recommend them. If you want more activities and to be busy each day, you might want to be closer to Cabo."
