"Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne."

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special."
