Authentic Provençal farmhouse with pool in the Drôme Provençale, La Garde-Adhémar

In the heart of the Provençal countryside, just ten minutes from the classified village of La Garde-Adhémar, this house offers tranquillity, authenticity and a beautiful view over the Rhône Valley.



On a tree-lined plot of 4,000 m² with an orchard, you will enjoy an old-fashioned pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m) secured by a bar cover, a summer kitchen and a shaded terrace. Garden furniture, barbecues (charcoal + electric plancha) and two bicycles are available.



This Provençal farmhouse of 130m² can accommodate up to 8 people for an ideal stay with family or friends.



Ground floor:

- A dining room with open and equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine)

- A bright living room,

- A bedroom with 2 x single beds (80cm)

- A bathroom and separate toilet



Upstairs:

- A double room (140cm bed)

- A triple room (1x160cm bed + 1x single 80cm bed)

- A mezzanine with relaxation area



Independent annex by the pool:

- A double bedroom (1x140cm bed)

- A bathroom with WC

- Laundry room with washing machine

C'est la maison idéale pour des vacances en famille. Elle est dans un cadre unique de tranquillité, avec de l'espace pour tous aussi bien à l'intérieur de la maison que dans les différents aménagements du jardin. Nous avons apprécié sa décoration faite avec goût, sa piscine ensoleillée du matin jusqu'au soir et ce petit chemin qui mène directement au village. Nous n'avons rien à redire

Idéal pour se reposer

La résidence est située dans un cadre magnifique. le dépaysement est assuré, le calme garantie!!! Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. En revanche il serait judicieux de bien préciser que le chemin d'accès à la maison est assez difficile en voiture (avec notre berline nous n'aurions pas pu accéder, la voiture est trop basse).
