Chalet La Canopée is served by a private, dead-end access road. It is a two-storey property for 10 with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It's set in a secluded area of La Giettaz, overlooking the village.

There's a ski room with a heated boot dryer where you can leave your outdoor gear before relaxing in the living room, where you'll find two cosy sofas, a TV, a wood-burning stove and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need, including an induction hob, two coffee machines and a dishwasher.

Two French windows let in plenty of light and open onto a garden, complete with a second dining table.

Also on this level is the first double bedroom, with a private shower room. There is also a bathroom with whirlpool bath, a second shower room, two separate toilets and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A wellness area with a sauna invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation.

There are four more bedrooms on the upper floor. These include a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms opening onto a balcony, and a room with a set of bunk beds. There is also a large shower room, a separate WC and another sitting area with a television, sofa and chess set.

There is a covered parking area for two vehicles right next to the property.

Please note that Chalet La Canopée has many steps, and is therefore not the ideal choice for people with reduced mobility.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
