Bathroom (bath), separate WC. Private outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture. Garage (2 vehicles). Total floor area: 154m². Ski La Giettaz/Domain les Portes du Mont-Blanc at 200m. Praz sur Arly cross-country ski trails 16km. Snowshoes 200m. Winter only: shops on site + free shuttle to La Giettaz. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. Individual chalet on the edge of a typical Val d'Arly residential hamlet. Quality environment (forest, stream). Immediate proximity to the slopes and shops and services (in season). Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Vast and pleasant natural terrain. Large sheltered balcony terrace facing south-east.
