On the ground floor and on one level, apartment labeled Tourism & Handicap (hearing, motor, mental, visual): living room-kitchen (1 rapido convertible sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be combined into 1 double bed 180x190 cm), PMR bathroom (shower + toilet). Outdoor dining area on the grass in front of the front door. Ski and bicycle storage. Private parking (1 space). Beautiful traditional country house in the heart of the hamlet of Le Plan, 3 km from La Giettaz, in a natural green setting of meadows and forests. Facing the hamlet's chapel, Les Arcosses is 150 m from the ski departure and ESF ski school and close to shops open in season. The single-story apartment is fully adapted (including the kitchen and bathroom) and has the Tourism & Handicap label for all 4 disabilities.
