House comprising the owners' home and 4 gîtes. On the 2nd floor (access via an external staircase and then a shared internal staircase): apartment comprising a living room (2-person rapido sofa bed 140x190 cm), living room-kitchen with balcony access, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x190 cm which can be combined into 1 double bed 160x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Ski and bicycle storage room. Private parking (1 space). Beautiful traditional country house in the heart of the hamlet of Le Plan, 3 km from La Giettaz, in a natural green setting of meadows and forests. Facing the hamlet's chapel, Les Arcosses is 150 m from the ski departure and ESF ski school and close to shops open in season.
