For the type of environment you are professing to be EVERY staff member should be kind and courteous.
I did not see it or feel it. A few bad ones can ruin a rating. As a medical provider, no one was around the spa area downstairs. If someone were hurt or passed out, no one would know until another visitor went downstairs. There was no water available like in other spas. No place to put towels>>> attention to detail..simple things, no costs added, could be done. "

"Service was superb from Haytham in front office to Hazma at the restaurant and all the others that I can’t recall their names. With a smile and very professional - made me feel at home. The view from the hotel is magnificent - the blue Mediterranean is right in front of you. I ate at the restaurant every night different things - loved the sea bass and the meze of sea food but everything was excellent. All in all I had an excellent stay at La Villa Bleue. "

"I booked because I saw the good reviews but to be honest I expected better . The staff is amazing but the hotel cleanliness wasn’t good . My room was all dusty everywhere. I had to call 2 times for them to come clean it . The sauna is moldy and old. They seriously need to do some upgrade . The staff was really nice and kind but I don’t think I would be going back there . "

"I loved staying there and walking around the village. It’s all so pretty and the views are stunning at every turn. It was confusing for my taxi driver to find it though, and a little walking with suitcases was involved although there is a way by road. I would love to go back again and see more of Tunisia"
