From start to finish, Alex delivered an exceptional level of service that genuinely exceeded our expectations. We booked the Cannibal Hot Tub service for our family and were absolutely impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming Alex was. He took the time to explain the entire spa experience in detail and offered several options and approaches to ensure the service was tailored perfectly to our needs. Every step of the process was well‑guided, thoughtful, and handled with great care. What stood out the most was Alex’s deep knowledge—not only about spa procedures, but also about the hotel itself. He enthusiastically shared information about the property, amenities, and things to enjoy during our stay, which made us feel even more connected and comfortable at the resort. His recommendations were genuinely helpful and clearly came from a place of pride in his work and the hotel.
