TRES BONNE LITERIE

La chambre est conforme à son descriptif, très bonne literie, et chambre situé à l'extrémité du bâtiment et donc au calme. Par contre, petit bémol sur la propreté des toilettes, même après l'avoir signalé à la réception, cela n'a pas été fait durant mon séjour. Seul le lit a été refait tous les jours sans problème. Par ailleurs, lorsque j'ai demandé si il était possible de petit-déjeuner à la réceptionniste le vendredi matin vers 10h15, je me suis pris une réflexion très désagréable et peu conventionnelle (Dur dur le réveil).

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la tranquillité et au cadre environnant. Chambres correctes, mais gros problème de propreté et d'hygiène. Nous avions réservé un séjour de 2 nuits, donc le lendemain matin de la première nuit nous avons demandé courtoisement à la réception, qu'ils prennent le temps de bien nous nettoyer la chambre, car c'était déplorable, mais rien de plus n'a été fait. HONTEUX.

Good location, ok hotel, staff hit and miss

The location was good, not too far from La Grand Motte. The hotel was dated and the rooms were ok. There is no social bar scene at this location and the air con didn't really work. The shower design guaranteed water all over the floor and the rooms were on the small side. The breakfast was great, the staff was hit and miss. There were some who went the extra mile, like the night staff and the breakfast ladies. There was two staff members who were clearly not in a good mood and it felt like we had inconvenienced them with the smallest requests. Billing issues still not resolved 4 days after checking out

Vi skulle spille golf og det ligger ok tæt på golfbanen, så vi kunne gå der til. Swimmingpoolen var ok, dog var liggestolene lidt hårde. Morgenmaden var også ok. Værelset var ok og vi kunne lave en kop kaffe. Men hele hotellet trænger lidt til en opfriskning. Ligger tæt på restauranter og en små 1,5 - 2 km til byen. Vi gik der til.

Service at reception a bit arrogant, room was very dusty and that made it not very inviting, Internet extremely slow and nearly not functioning at all. Breakfast was mediocre and with 14 Euro completely overpriced. Overall this hotel does not really provide value for money.

Calme et verdoyant

Hôtel très bien tenu. Jolie piscine calme et entourée de verdure. Parking gratuit, et garage souterrain également dispo. L’hotel Est un peu isolé de l’animation de la grande motte mais c’est ce qui fait son confort et son côté reposant. On peut cependant rejoindre le centre en 5 minutes en voiture ou 15 minutes à pied environ. Le petit-déjeuner buffet au bord de la piscine est très agréable, même si celui-ci pourrait être plus varié. Jus d’orange pressé dispo. La possibilité de check out tardif est appréciable (avec léger supplément). En revanche, il serait bien d’ajuster le supplément en fonction de l’heure réelle à laquelle on nous autorise à libérer la chambre.
