Located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator), the 31 m² studio includes a living area with double bed, convertible armchair, TV, and storage, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine.



Everything is within walking or cycling distance: shops and the Ponant lagoon are just minutes away, with the beach and town center only 10 minutes, and a golf course nearby. Behind the residence, a water park with pools and slides promises fun for all ages.



Pets are welcome.



For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea towel, sponge, coffee, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided.
