    In the heart of this seaside resort, known for its unique architecture and wide sandy beaches, the location is ideal for enjoying nearby shops, restaurants, and water activities. The residence also provides direct beach access for optimal comfort.



    Between 2025 and 2026, the property was renovated: modernized studios, refreshed common areas, and redesigned garden. Free private parking is available—a real plus in La Grande-Motte. Baby cot and fans are available upon request before arrival.

    Les Terrasses du Rivage in La Grande-Motte welcomes you right on the beach, so you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean. From your seafront room, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
