Bien situé et confortable

A 500 m du centre, vue directe sur la plage du Couchant. Appartement très bien équipé, bonne literie, climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces. Séjour un peu trop petit. WC dans la salle de bain. L'annonce devrait préciser que l'appartement se trouve au premier étage sans ascenseur, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La place de stationnement privée en sous-sol est appréciable mais l'emplacement est étroit pour les grosses voitures, et même les petites qui sont de plus en plus larges. Inconvénient mineur. Très bon accueil de la société PGM, Evgenii en particulier.

Modern apartment with a marvellous view

The apartment is very clean, nicely designed and localized in front of the sea, with a lovely view of the dunes and the beach. With 2 bedrooms, it is very spaciuos, has air-condition in ever room and a wide selection of kitchen equipment/appliances, plus a washing maschine. The access to the pool in the building is a bonus, as well as the huge 1st floor terrasse. The bakery is just round the corner (2 min walk) and the closest supermarket (Super U) about 6min on foot. The walk to the center of LaGrandeMotte takes some 15 min. The two small drawbacks of the building (not apartment itself) are the lack of an elevator and extremely narrow parking lots. Overall, we had a very nice stay and can warmly recommend the apartment and the agency!
